Access Control & Asset Custody with HF RFID/NFC
Overview
HF RFID/NFC access cards remain the standard for doors and restricted zones precisely because of their short read range — a card has to be presented, not read unintentionally from a distance, which cuts the risk of accidental reads or long-range cloning.
We integrate HF/NFC readers at access points with an asset custody log — who's holding which key, card, or device, and when — so handoffs are recorded automatically instead of a paper logbook. Facilities that also run UHF RFID in the same building share the same GTA middleware, so IT isn't managing two separate platforms.
