Overview

Modern buildings generate data that mostly goes unused — room occupancy, per-floor energy draw, HVAC unit condition. GTA BLE beacons go up at strategic points to map indoor navigation and meeting-room or workspace occupancy, while LoRaWAN sensors cover environmental parameters like air quality and humidity across wider areas.

The two technologies complement rather than compete: BLE wins for short-range needs with more frequent updates, LoRaWAN wins for wide coverage with less frequent but low-power updates. GTA middleware merges both into a single facility dashboard.

The practical payoff: facility teams can schedule cleaning based on actual occupancy instead of a fixed calendar, and catch energy consumption anomalies before they show up on next month's bill.
