Warehouse & Inventory Management with RFID
Overview
RFID replaces manual stock counts with bulk reads measured in seconds — one operator walking a rack aisle with a handheld reader captures hundreds of tags at once, no line-of-sight scanning required per item.
We build deployments around Chainway UR4 fixed readers at dock doors and portals, Chainway C72 handhelds for daily cycle counts, and CP30 printers for in-house label encoding. GTA middleware filters the raw tag stream — deduplication, RSSI thresholds, logical zoning — into stock numbers your Indonesia warehouse team can trust without a second count.
The result: inventory accuracy that typically sits at 65-75% under manual barcode counting climbs past 98%, and a stock opname that used to take days finishes in hours.
